Well, as you know, I’ve been very lazy about getting myself on-line recently, so just in case I don’t write before then, I wish you all a very happy holiday.

I’ve more or less gotten into the spirit this year, have a nice poinsettia and a little Christmas tree, about two feet tall, with lots of lights on it, and too much candy and cookies.

Christmas lights have always been my favorite thing about the holiday, even when I was a child. And I leave mine on all the time I’m home. Thus far Husband hasn’t dared walk into my room and turn them off, even though he grumbled earlier about the electric bill for all the outside stuff.

Meanwhile, they had fun, fun, fun until Daddy took the modem away. Yes, JM is doing very poorly in school this term, so Daddy banned the Internet until JM improves. Seems a bit unfair to me, depriving KM because of his little brother’s shortcoming. But of course I keep quiet.

I think it would have been a better idea if they’d just given me the laptop until JM improves.
